We collect your personal data for specific purposes when you complete the contact us form or applications, in order:

MFD will take the necessary steps required to delete such data when the purpose(s) for which it was collected lapses. Personal data for which retention is no longer necessary will be discarded.

Personal Data collected by MFD shall not be transferred to another jurisdiction unless it is an equivalent jurisdiction as per the Data Protection Act 2017 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation, which provides a comparable level of protection of the Data Subjects’ rights.

As a data bubject, your rights are safeguarded under Part VII of the Data Protection Act 2017 regarding your personal data, which include but are not limited to:

12.0 Do you have the right to withdraw your consent to process your personal data?
