| Minimum Qualification & Experience | • Holder of a Higher School Certificate (HSC). • Diploma in related field will be an advantage |
| Other Requirements | • Proven experience in arranging and handling of logistics activities for International and Domestic Shipments. • Prepare documentation, inclusive of quotation / Proposal to activate and maintain contracts. • Prepare bill of lading, AWB and other related shipping documents. • Liaise with stakeholders, Shipping and Airlines, Co-loaders, agents and suppliers to have the best deals and services and intervene whenever required to resolve issues and ensure adherence to set of procedures and deadlines. • Skilled in Administrative Duties and Customer Service. • Strong critical thinking and decision making skills and ability to prioritise. • Excellent collaboration, verbal and written communication skills; amongst others. |
